Hi guys,
I traded with a member of this forum a phone and now, 2 months later, it has been blacklisted.
I don't really know what to do, the sim card that's been in the phone all the itme is ok when used in another phone and the guy I traded with says he'll send me proof of purchase to my e-mail bu then what do I do?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The seller probably reported the phone as missing to claim insurance money.

Yup, looks like he/she's done an insurance scam, who was the seller? have you confronted them about this? Ask for a refund...

The phone may not necessarily be nicked.
A while back O2 blocked my SIM *and* phone because some muppet had called them claiming I 'was using his phone no.' or some such b*ll*cks that they couldn't explain to me.
I had to fax them proof of ID to get it unblocked. Most irritating.

Nope, he stil hasn't replied to my e-mail and he's agreed to send the details to my mail a week ago when I called him.
So far, I have his mobile number, e-mail, real first and last names, where he works, where he lives (county).
Any advice?
