> Q on W800i flashing/unlocking and phone memory

I plan to flash my w800i's firmware from a Chinese version to a European one, since currently, the multi-character search is disabled on my phone.
If I go with the flashing, will that also format/erase the data of my phone's memory? How about the settings (profiles, ringtones, wap/gprs/mms settings) I now have on my phone?

Yes it will. So i suggest moving all your data eg pics tones themes whateva to your memory card then do it.
