Hi. My se k750i's camera is not working properly. When you click on the camera icon in the menu, nothing comes up - just stays on the menu. NEED HELP !!

Do i need to do Sony ericssons software update on their website or should i do someting else ?? Firmware update - how ? Repair centre ?? Help. Thanks so much to those who help.

Try a master reset to start with......
If the problem persisits, then you should do a firmware update...You can do it yourself at home using the Sony Ericsson Update Service....but it appears you aren't too familiar with this process...so best take it to a service centre and have the pros take care of it

My camera has been back to the service centre twice now with the same problem of the camera disappearing. It came back last time with the problem still present, its been away for repair for over a month in total so ive sent it back to the retailer for a replacement.

i never accesed the camera with the menu , i always go to standby screen and open the slider , in my case it always worked
