1. How often do you charge your phone?
2. When do you often decide to charge it? (when it's almost depleted? Half-empty?)

It's better if you charge it every time you can

Every night or every other night, depending on whether the battery level is below 75% - 50% or not.

i charged it after it reached around 10% or 20%.. depends on whether I expect to use my phone alot for the next day or not.
I've been doing this for all of my SE phones, and the battery could last almost 3 or 4 days

I charge my K750 when the battery indicator turns red which is about 45-50% unless I'm going away for a day or so and can't be bothered to take the charger, then I charge it regardless.
Li-Ion batteries are not affected by constant charging when the battery is half-full to full, unlike Ni-Cd which have to be drained b4 charged.
