Hi. I have bought the w800i but i use windows 98. I want to know how i can access the memory card and install software for the phone. I have tried to install drivers for the memory card but I was unable to. Can you please provide me with some step by step instructions on how to go about doing this. Thank you.

Otherwise you'd need a card-reader that works with Win98 obviously.

I think it might be a good time to upgrade your OS. The software that accompanies the w800 only works with Windows versions: ME, 2000 (with SP3/4), and XP.
