I dont know if this is the right email to send this to, however if it is not, please
forward it to the appropriate department.

I want to let you know that Lynx Express is the WORST courier that you could ever use!
You have always sent me products through them and they have always been rude to me on
the phone, or have lied to me, or have just not even responded to my comments.

I shall explain.
When i was waiting for a package through them, they argued that they had sent the package
and that I should wait at home.
Alright, I'll take a day off from work.
It didn't arrive.
They assured me that it would arrive the next day.
It didn't arrive.
They claimed that I did not answer the door.
After hours of arguing the woman said "the truth is he couldn't find your address
and was on a schedule"

Oh well, nice to hear the truth for once.

Today, i'm calling to ask about my Nano, i called with two phones at the same time,
waitinf 1 hour in total (was tired of hearing that music) nobody answered.
Alright, i appreciate they MIGHT have been busy, two emails later.. nothing.

My conclusion? Apple's reputation will DROP when it comes down to Lynx.
People dont think of the courier, they think of the company that has sent it.

I hate Lynx.
I love Apple.

Take note.

Thank you,
K Saleh

Amnesia, possibly if others have experienced the same shoddy service as you have, why not get them to complain as well? There's strength in numbers. This message was posted from a Nokia

no lol, i get like a package every two days.

Royal Mail does it to me too. Once the post man put a slip through the door while I was passing by, and I said, what are yo udoing?
He was like uh, uh. I picked it up and he ticked the "you were not home'

So i said, yes I am home, where is the package? He said, "oh uh, we dont have it, it's at the office, please pick it up tomorrow"
I called the address, picked it up 20 mins later.

I dont have work at the moment. Then I did, and I'm not allowed to get deliveries.

However, this time, my address apparantly 'doesn't' exist on their database so I had to send it to a friends home.
