I was wondering if it is possible to unzip a file on my p910i.lt should would make life easier.

yes its possible there are a few apps that can do this but i would suggest you try sman 1.4 available for free from

i thought the inbuilt viewer app on p910 could work with zip.... atleast p800 and p900 does it

well there is a program called jzip and another called zipper if I remember correctly, but I don't know if those come zipped either. If you have access to a computer I suggest you unzip the file with the computer first and then you can install the .sis of SMan and never worry about .zip files ever again.
The other option is to mail the file to someone, have them unzip it and mail it back...
