> z800i - speaker volum somtimes low

hi,
i think im having problems with my new phone.
for some reason, suddenly the volum of the "buttons sound" becomes low, maybe after a while come up again. also the alarm sound, sometimes ai realize that its realy low, it did sound louder some times.
any ideas? known issues about this ?

it might be an FW issue ... ?
have you tried updating you'r phone ???

well, the firmwere version is - R1Y005.
read some threads about firmwere upgrade for th i800z and got realy confused (v800, z800) if i really need it.
plus, alot of people (correct me if im wrong) had trubble with the upgrade.
i bought my phone as an Unlocked phone with no service (just needed to put in my sim card).
any ideas ?
