Hi, I'm a new member here. I stumble across your site when I was searching through google in order to find a solution with my secure token problem. About a week ago I got internet service through T-Mobile. For a couple of days everything was working fine. I could access through the internet perfectly (T-Moblegprs), till the last couple of days, I could not access through due to an error (( Reason code KERN-EXEC) Reason number 3)). I seach through help on my p910i and found out that my secure tokens is my problem and in order to fix it, I need to edit,delete or create a new token or generate a password. I tried to delete the tokens but there was no access to delete it nor generate it, not even edit it. All I can do is create a new account. I could not create an account due to no serial number nor authorization code. To my knowledge, I didnt have these tokens before when I access through the internet. All of a sudden its given me this error which I cannot fix, I'm not sure even master reset would fix this. On the secure token menu...there are two icons Safeword and RSA, both require authorization,serial number and token name. If I decide not to use it like before is it possible? Or do I have to purchase these software? I know there is another solution to these. Please help.Thank you for your time.
