> play games without sim card

does anyone know how to play games on cell phones without having a sim card installed? it seems the handsets won't boot up unless there is a sim present, even an expired one. anyone know a work around? we make games for cell phones and need to either find expired sim cards or a work around. thank you.

If any readers have expired sim cards, please let me know and I will email you the mailing address. Please make sure that the sim card is not "sim locked" which we can't use.
