Is there any way you can check how many minutes you have used / got left from you handset through O2?

On Orange I think they can dial a number and it tells you how many you have left. Is there anything similar for O2 without loggin on to the website to check which is a ball ache?

I think you've gotta go into your registered billing and check from there from the www.o2.co.uk website.

When I receive a bill through the post, my bill does not show how many minutes I have left or used.

When my flatmate gets his bill directly from O2 also, his bills different and tells him how many minutes he has used and got left. Same provider, same phone, got at the same time.... why????

if you are billed by o2 high street you must register at http://www.accountmanagement.o2.co.uk/

o2 online bills can be viewed at
http://shop.o2.co.uk

This is the only way you can view minutes left. There are no phone numbers you can ring (unless CC has access but i dont think they do).

yes at the guy above said, the online billing is sometimes a pain, but it generally ok. On SonyEricsson phones we have SMS, MMS, call and data counters, which are very useful without having to log onto the website. Just reset them each month and you can easily keep an eye on your allowance

The figures from O2 can be up to 48 hours old. The staff use the same webpage for info when you ring up. This message was posted from a S700
