to play mp3 ringtones on k7ooi vodafone i need to make the mp3 files a DRM Content file does anyone no how to do this

i have found software that enables me to change mp3 to DRM Message file but i need DRM Content File PLEASE HELP

DRM CONTENT file instead of DRM Message File
