When I key lock my K750i and five seconds after the backlight goes off, it flashes for a second then the lights go back off again. I'm just wondering is this normal?

This was the case for me as well when screensaver was deactivated in R1L, J and A firmware. In the new R1N firmware, that problem is fixed.

Its stopped happening for me. Check your firmware.
