My phone will not go into the secret service menu using " Scroll up, *, Scroll Down, Scroll Down, *, Scroll Down, *" code so that I can reformat the c drive, but will say "ME Depersonalized" when I enter the "down scroll, *,*, down scroll" code. Phone will turn on, menu pops up asking to be turned on, flight mode, or help, I then turn on and it stays on the Sony Ericsson splash screen and will do nothing from there. Any one know what the problem might be?
