Hi,
I am living in Holland and finally there is one provider that supports unlimited use of gprs for a fixed price (EUR 9.50) a month!
I called their customer service and they said that this unlimited gprs only works on their MDA and SDA phones
http://www.t-mobile.nl/t-zone[....]pocket_internet_toestellen.asp . I asked for technical details, why it wouldn't work on the P900, but they couldn't answer my question. Only what they could tell me was, that it only support these 2 phones......
Still, I think, it must work on my phone, since I use their gprs network quite often with the P900.
Any comments?

It will work m8. I have been using GPRS in Amsterdam for the past 4 yrs with my P800, P900, and recently my P910. I've even managed to get GRPS to work on my Pxxx series with Pay-as-you-Go services through Vodafone NL, BEN NL, and Orange NL. I was told that it wouldn't work at the time I got those services too.
Moreover, I was just in Amsterdam a couple weeks ago and I was actually using my T-Mo USA sim with my P910 so I could continue receiving mail through my BB service. I was picking up T-Mo NL on my P910 and my BB connect software was working perfectly with no hicups. I actually didn't switch the sim because my BB service kept working as the phone picked up various T-Mo networks as I traveled through London, Amsterdam, Stockholm, and Greece all in one week. I didn't bother switching out my sim for those respective countries at that point.

It will not work! You have to hand-in your IMEI. They can check the
IMEI and see if it is a IMEI from a HTC device. If not, then you pay
the full price.

or notify the watchdog and force them to give you free GPRS on other devices - this is unfair competition. they condition the provision of a certain service on the purchase of specific hardware, although other devices are able to acces the said service as well.
