been trying to get an upgrade from them, when i finally get a decent deal out of them they say sorry the w800i is sold out, please phone back at the end of the month.
its really pissing me off now, 2 months in a row.
they can never give an exact date of when the phone is in stock and whats worse they cant even put your name down for it which is ridiculous.

was prepared to jus cut my line rental in half for £15 for the 500 off peak/500 text and then wen i said i want that phone she said cant do anyting at all, u gotta phone end of month.
im pissed off that they dont even tell me a date.
also said i have to pay £200 for the phone!!! fuming !!
in the end i had a go at her and she said actually you will have to pay £50 for it.
its still alot considering i want a FREE upgrade !

Ordered one on a new contract friday, supposed to be getting delivered monday before 5pm, maybe they're keeping them for 'new customers onlyeee' same as thay bank in the TV advert
Had a welcome email etc, and no mention of being out of stock.

lol i got the same result, i have had my phone for about 4 weeks now from o2, they told me they were out of stock. i just sed ok orange have them in stock so can you put me through to cancelations just puts out the stops once again. got it withing 3 days
, give it a try, my brother did the same a week later and got told they dont have one single phone until 1st of oct.
