Hello,
i'm using nero recode to encode mp4 files, they work well on my computer but the w800 seems to think they are sound files instead of video files so it doesn't play them correctly.
is there any setting i need to change while encoding? is there a better program than nero encode i should be using?

Set the profile to mobile.
Click on the Video button and resize the video to 176x144 and deselect letterbox. It helps if you do a 1pass only and do fast encoding.

btw, is it just me or is the sound output on the W800 extremely low? i can hardly hear any of the videos i encode even on full volume. ill have to find a way to increase the sound on the actual file
