im at the part where it wants me to unplug my phone and hold the c key and connect the usb again....i did that but the update hasnt started....can someone help me pleeeeasseeee

if you haven't done an update on that PC before it might be worth downloading and installing the
Sony Ericsson D750/K750/W800 Update Service USB driver as that is what is required at that moment as far as I understand

hold down the c button (on the phone) and power on the phone at the same time, while its connected to the usb cable.

Firstly its best to say what you have done and that will save posts like mine making suggestions you have already done.
secondly SE gives you ALL the instructions you need during the update so if you follow them and still have a problem then report back exactly what you did, any messages, screen dumps etc etc
then we'll be able to help much more efficiently

well i am confused. iv connected it, run through it, its downloaded the update then it gives me the below window.
i do what it says but i cannot get it to start the update!! it wont work ne ideas???

ok nevamind!!! i worked it out. you HAVE to install the usb flash drive from sonys site as the top post sujects!! i didnt read this anywhere on sonys site update service page.
