Thru the mobile's bluetooth settings, is it possible to the use the broadband internet connection on my computer via PC Buetooth Card ?

Yes, there is. Unfortunately I can't tell you exactly how because I just came across a page where it was described once and can't find it right now. I just remember the trick had something to do with the Opera Mini browser (and setting up a server on your PC).
