Hello
I don't like the way my K750 shows calendar infos.
I looked for one for a few days now and I couldn't find any. So if anyone knows one please give it here ! Thanks
So my project is to build a J2ME app that will first present data from calendar in different way. It might take some time.
Then when this is done I might look for modifiying and setting new or recurring events.
My project is free and open source.
I have mac and I didn't build apps for 12 years. So I have quite a lot of work before getting started with it. If anyone can help, any help is welcome.
I will post here any questions I have as well as on the sony developper forum.
Thanks !

great idea, you could perhaps model it on the recent n**ia calender which has easy to use birthday/anniversary etc input without the absurd current method of going through contacts menu, i've looked everywhere for a reasonable callender app. but found none.
good luck with this, keep us posted,

I've been thinking about this, don't know if it's possible though: How about linking people from the phone-book with the calendar midlet? In such a way that you can add their birthdates (and other year-days, like anniversaries). That would be nice. That way you don’t have to type in their names twice.
Like many others I’ve also found the lack of year-days in the calendar to be annoying, because I was used to the calendar options on a Psion series back when I got my T68i.

Thanks for your encouragements it always helps !
I can't tell yet if it's possible. I made my first app for my mobile. It just says "Hello world". That's great it means I configured correctly my system.
I'll keep writing while it progresses.
My work is based on PIM(peronnal informations manager). On the sony the birthdates are not supported.
