Hi,
Since upgrading K750i to R1N035 has anyone elses Signal Strength Indicator changed.
Not the number of bars but the actual icon itself.
Mine seems to have some sort of border around it. Will try and post a picture when I get home.
Cheers

Does anyone know how to take a screenshot of the K750i main screen. I used a digital camera but its too blurry.
Private not sure how to explain. Its the normal signal indicator inside a rectangle that is kinda shaded white

ok worked it out thanks to Privates post.
Its is the GPRS indicator and this is how you turn it off if you prefer
Settings
Connectivity
Data Communication
Preferred service
Choose GSM only, it'll get rid of the blue gprs triangle meter

yes that's the process to turn it off. if you don't use gprs it's better turining it off. the white shade indicates that there in no gprs signal available.

If I choose "GSM" only, can I still send MMS message?

The answer is 'Yes'. As u try to access GPRS again, the GPRS settings will be auto enabled again, so the 'blue triangle' behind the signal bar will reappear again. When GPRS connection is terminated eg by choosing 'Exit Browser', the 'blue triangle' will disappear again. MMS will trigger GPRS connection, so it should work too.
