hi, i want to do the above but just wondering whetehr it wipes everything off your computer, i want to keep all te music on my comp and just wondered whether this was possible. cheers peeps

Upgrade usually doesn't delete your saved files but make a backup in case of emergency.

Burn your music onto CDs first

You can use an xp pro upgrade disk rather than a normal xp installation disk to go from home to pro without loosing your files, but I'd strongly suggest that you back everything up first just in case. The upgrade does not always go smoothley

Of course, if you use a normal XP installation disk rather than the upgrade version, you will lose everything during the installation.
