Go to contacts or file manager and select an item...then menu and send as bluetooth...the phone will search for active bt devices in range
Better still..get SMan and use the Bluejack module

SMan is short for System Manager.....a must-have application for any Pseries user....developed by Ajack & Droll ( God bless them) exclusively for phones running UIQ....it acts as an excellent task manager, file manager, zip manager and has a very effective & fun to use Bluejack module too....you can download it for free from
http://www.my-symbian.com
Also, check out this link on SMan

go to function ..modules...task manager
you will see a list of apps running...you can select those that you want to close...and click end task...thereby freeing up system memory...much like a task manager on windows
And go through the readme file...its very informative
