Hey my plug at the bottom of the phone won't stay in. The same thing happened with my k700i. Should i just cut the s710a one off or go and get it replaced? what's the point if the replacement will be the same??

It clips in, just pull it out, don't cut it out.

Yeah i just got my s710 aug 8. already mine has failed. whatever, i was thinking life would be easier without it anyway. i listen to music alot and hate messing with it.

In the past there were no plugs to fuss with. To me, it was just cosmetics. It was a nuissance at times.... to unplug.. then plug again.
