> No tone when voice dialling V600i / J300i

Hi Folks!
I bought a V600i recently with FW R2H002 and when I try to add a voice tag or press a volume button to voice dial a pop-up says "Say the name after the tone" (translated from Swedish) but I never hear any tone.
I tried a J300i and it shows the same symptoms. Have I missed something or is there a bug in the software?

I tried using the handsfree today and I discovered that a tone is played, but the volume is so low it is bearly audible. My old T610 has a much louder tone.

Well if you use Bluetooth handsfree , you can boost the sound level from it .
Is your handsfree original SE product ?
