> Fractured hinge on V800

I recently noticed a crack on my V800 hinge, which is less than 4 months old. The place I brought it under are reluctant to cover it under warrenty. So i'm just inquiring weither is is a common occurance on these phones.
I think it should be covered under warrent as this page dictates

Not sure about it being a common problem with the phone, but since the phone is 4 months old you'd need to prove it was like that when you bought it.
Even manufacturers cover does not cover accidental damager, which is probably how the crack was caused.

I know it wasn't there when I brought it, Its happened since i've had it, i'm arguing its a design fault or faulty hinge. Since it cost me $800 I would hardly be rough with it or drop it.

Then you'd need more than a few more people with the same problem to claim anything from SE.
Even then they wouldnt be obliged to provide you further service though.
