now I know this topic has been covered and I have read the posts but...

when I convert from the k750i video clips from 3gp to avi, the audio is always out of sync and the last 5 seconds or so of the clip just freezes.

Now the original 3gp file plays absolutely perfect, so why does this happen when I try to reencode?

I have tried it with tmpeg, Xilisoft converter, lots of things but cannot convert properly.

All I want is to convert my 3gp files to mpeg and would appreciate any advice from people that can do it properly.

Worked fine for every single 3gp video I recorded with my k750.

yeah bbeav,

it worked great - the audio was slightly out of sync and so would require a further reencode in tmpeg to adjust the audio timings, but otherwise - it works really great!
