There's a few posts on here about extractign the audio files, using an audio editor to increase the volume and then replace the files. But simply, I can't be bothered! Sounds like too much trouble - unless some nice fellow wants to make their audio files available
Cheers

I have increased the volume of the speech folder by 1.5 times (this wa sthe most legible without distortion) for all 75 WAV files (contained in Route66>Speech>British). You can download them here:
http://s54.yousendit.com/d.aspx?id=0HNT647L9HY0L243DFK1NX669C (PM me if this link becomes invalid after 7 days).
The complete folder size has increased slightly, from 1,577,799 bytes to 1,583,016 bytes (hardly anything).
I have tested the files and they work fine on my P910 with Route 66 (Mobile 2006).
If you would prefer for the volume to be increased to 2x, then please let me know and I shall fins time to do it.
I hope that helps everyone out - I got bored and decided to do it myself using Goldwave.
Laters
Jon

Hi
I downloaded it to my mem card via a card reader.
But if you don't have a card reader you can move the files to your audio folder via the sync station then use Sman to move them to the right speech folder.
