> Is Sony in trouble ?

In one of my earlyer posts I mentioned - It looks like Sony is going to loose the battle in the HD-storage disc based media (multi billion dollar industry).I personaly hopped Sony wins because they've invested a lot and it actually is a more advance hardware technology.Is a pity :-( Now they (Sony) must dismiss 10000+ workers from different branches all over the world.(some of them will have to shut down completely) I love Sony video cameras (have 3 of them) and I hope this is only a temporary setback.One thing is for sure.SE will have to rely even less on financial help from Sony at a time when they need it most ! (SE have the worst year so far in a profitable cell market) Greetings from South Africa. MARIO.
