Hi my problem is that I downloaded the last pc suite and upgraded my phone a week ago.Since then haven't had any problems.Today I shut off and tried to turn on my phone and the SE logo appears on a black screen.I mean the screen doesn't light up!Afterwrads I cant do anything! No response whatsoever.i removed battery sim and memory card but nothing!!Can anyone help?Thanx to u all!!

Possibly.....maybe one of them had some corrupt files which affected some system file..... There is a recovery mode option in the Sony Ericsson Update service....but of your phone is refusing to startup...im not sure it would be of any help...the safest thing to do would be to take it to a service centre and let the experts take care of it....I hope the handset is under a warranty

Thats precisely what I pointed out in my last post.....if the phone does not even reach standby mode past startup....the recovery option is useless ....

ah i had this, my pc crashed when doing an update from the upgrade thing, basically go to the se site and do the repair mode on the software thing, that may fix it, also try taking out the mem stick

Thanx everyone!I put it on my sync station with no simcard and memcard and upgraded it again.The phone turned on and off as should do when you upgrade it.That was the first good sign!Then it took about 20 min but afterwards it prompt me to select language and etc.So I Have My P910 Back And So HAPPY ABOUT IT!!!!
