Hi search returned a lot of results all about the docking station.

I'm looking for a cradle for my p910i that I can use in the car. Something mainly for use of Route 66 etc.

any recommendations?

I got a HBC(?) 37. the proper SE one along with a windscreen suction cup mount (I had just cleaned up the holes in my dash, and didn't fancy making any more!)., oh and a standard cheapo cigarette charger too, although when I get around to it, I'll hardwire that in too.

It sits is quite a nice place, and is easily readable for R66.

I hear though (although I've not had it yet), that the BT won't work with R66 AND a BT handsfree, so it might be worth going for a pucker wired SE handsfree (although I'm using a parrot BT right now)

oops, sorry about the last blank post...

I already had a SE T610 wired handsfree kit in my car and simply bought a P910 cradle (ebay £20) which fitted to the same existing mount and uses the same connections etc.. works nicely for Route 66..

maybe see if you can get a cheap deal on a older T610 or similar kit and then swap the cradle?

i decided to get this: http://www.expansys.com/product.asp?code=125764

I would get a proper SE holder, but decided to hold off as I want a new car (although having an accident last Tue has put this "dream" off!).

I decided to get it basically becasuse it was cheap & cheerful and also for Route 66. To be honest, I thought it was going to be a peice of cr*p but actually its REALLY effective and useful.

I recomend it if u dont want to drill holes in your shiny car!

Do you have any pics? How much are you looking for it?

Its simply a magnet! it stciks to your dash using a sticky pad, and thats it - it holds my P910 super tight so NO worry of it falling off. Trust me.

Tried one of those magnetic holders once. My phone ended up on the floor after the first corner. Dont like them myself.
