hello, I'm new here
forgive me if I'm breaking any rules by posting this.
I can't find any thred regarding so here goes.
When I open my K750i's camera cover, the phone goes to camera mode but only for a split second. It then goes back to phone mode.
I was able to correct it the first time by knocking it on my palm a bit, however the problem returned this morning.
Any help would be appreciated.
Tnx!

Hello my friend...
I had the same problem....
I took off the battery cover....
Unscrewed the two retaining screws...
Carefully took off the back cover....
Then.... replaced them.....
Works fine now....
I think it maybe the rocker switch not quite connecting when you slide the cover back....
Hope this helps....

@erotomaniac - If your fone is still under warranty, better avail of it. If not, it will be prudent to have it serviced in the nearest
Service Centers mate, say like: Semicon and Memo Express. Good luck !

Hi Folks, very new to all this but the site seems great.
The camera cover on my SE K750i has come unhooked from whatever mechanism is behind it and now slides open and closed freely, making it pretty useless.
I think I might be able to fix it if I removed the back cover.
Smiler - how did you 'carefully remove' the back cover? I undid the screws but it still seemed tightly clipped in place and I did not want to force it in case I broke clips or interfered with the camera.
The phone is still under warranty so I will try to get it replaced but I suspect I may be told I must have dropped it, and they may even be right!
Any help appreciated

@Hawking
I hope you did not opt to open the cover yourself. I suggest you bring it to the nearest service center and have it repaired. When you do so, I suggest that you ask first if any part needs replacing and if they have the part that you need so you'd know how long it would take to have your fone repaired.
@all
Just want to update y'all about my prob. My fone is fixed now but it took Semicon 2 days short of two weeks to repair it.
Turns out there was a flexor thingie that got broken and they had to replace it but they don't have the part. This took almost a week.
Then when they were able to replace the part, but another prob developed with the speakers, they were hearing static, and this took almost another week to resolve.
Hope this helps anyone.

As already said above, the wisest thing to do is to take it to your nearest service center.
