> Help ! Z800i displays not working ! Firmware ?

I have a problem w/ my z800i, everything works but the screen. It lights up, but no image appears in both internal and external. It happened suddenly, first the images were craking up, than no images.... I believe is some kind of software, firmware problem. As I've never upgraded any flash before, I'm asking your help, to please teach how to do. I just don't want to send my phone over to Hong Kong to beg for warranty and spend a lot w/ shipping.
The images tell everything.

well, according my experiences in europe they dont service asian fones, donnow how is it in the us. me seems its a fw bug. did u contact se in the states?
