Hi folks just in case you didn't already know if you check out the o2 web site o2 online now offer 18 month contracts and i have to say they look great! I was on one of their sim only deals but i think i may change accross after seeing this. It nearly equals the deal plus you get a phone included! So now the big choice is samsung d600, sony ericsson w800i or wait to mid october and sony's announcement to see if there's anything worth waiting for! But still..... brilliant deals

They're not that great - or on the 12 months either. Tariffs have gone up (by £5 on the off peak one for example) and also GPRS is now £3 instead of £2.35!
And yet customer service remains a mystery to these people. They really have no idea.
