hi, just wondering whether there are any hotel or restaurant managers on this forum as this is the career path i want to go down and wanted to know what the best courses are to do and stuff and how the best way to get into the job is, cheers everyone. thanks

my uncles a master chef used to be 1 or the head chefs at the midlands hotel. am sure you know that hotel?

being a chef carries alot of stress mate but its well worth it lol, my dad owned a restaurant any my bro went to the college where my uncle trains people and learnt and got papers etc and worked for my dad and i used to do diff jobs there so i learnt to cook for meself and its great mate. If you dont get stressed easy mate then go for it as you wont regret it. Good luck mate
