I'm posting this in the hope that JJ sees it and can finally tell me when I'll be recieving my replacement W800 box and the partial refund which was agreed upon. It's now been nearly 2 months since buying a W800 from him which had a smashed box. Have pm'd, emailed and also phoned him but nothing. Last I heard was that he had the replacements ready to send. That was 1 month ago. He has also recieved the damaged item back 1 month ago. Want to know what is going on ?

Everytime I've tried to phone him I've been redirected to his voicemail. Left him a message a week ago for him to contact me asap but still nothing.
Little bit of communication from him wouldn't hurt though.

One thing i have to thank Esato for and it's the massive amount of instruction that i get here.
Sorry to hear about your situation and i hope everything work out in your favor. But for me, i won't be doing any buying on esato no time soon. Some guys just don't act straight at times.
