My sony ericson phone is stolen by one of my classmates . I want to lock

I'm not sure if the operators in India bar phones but if they do then you should call your mobile phone operator and give them the IMEI of the phone in order that they can do that

in UK, once a phone is barred it is almost impossible to get the bar removed so before taking that action you might want to consider reporting the theft to the authorities in your school and local community however you should still call the operator to get the sim card deactivated so that calls cannot be made on your account

First of all go and lodge a FIR with your nearest police station. You might need copies of the phone bill, guarantee, you will also need your sim no. , and imie no. Then call up your phone customer care and tell them you want to lock your phone. Give them apart from the phone no. , the sim no., and the imie no.. They will also ask for other details like your address etc to verify. But before you do it, one word of caution- it cannot be unlocked again. This message was posted from a Nokia

sir i am not able to contact the sony ericsson phone customer care . They gave me the customer care number as 39011111 and add the std code to it . But when i contacted it is saying that the customer care officer will contact you . . . . .But the line is simply going and there is no replay please help me in locking the phone .
