Hi
Earlier I went to write a message on my phone, but when I looked at the screen it was like red, blue and green static with a line going down it. I turn it off and back on, but the scrren was all white. I tried this a few times, and one time it came back to normal.
Just now my phone froze witht he same static colour, but this time just a line through it. I turned it off and back on, but now the screen just flashes white at me.
Any ideas?

This normal means that the main board has gone. Go to a local SE center or CPW center for a repair.
It may take a few days to be repaired tho
