> thin casing on k750i causing noises

Hi all can anyone else confirm the plastic casing around the k750i is too thin, i have had 2 now and both within days start making creaking & crunching noises when pressing buttons etc. not too hard either. the k700 had a much sturdier case. I assume the w800i is the same? thin case..
please let me know before i order one of those.
