I am trying to do a f/w update to R1N0035 in the USA (from R1A).. but the SE website doesnt have the K750i as a phone option!!... In essence, i cant choose the correct f/w!.. is there a work around??.. and if so, how does any1 in the US do a f/w update for their K750i.. Should i choose the UK site??...

thanks riffola.. but doesnt that change my EU_# ?? to a different region??.. not quite savy on this yet.. how do i get to Global support; im assuming it's on SE main site?!!..

curious, what was wrong with your unit??... secondly, is there a way to extend the backlight on the new f/w [R1N0035]?? i hate it, too short....

@neox, I'm in NYC, I use either Global Support (where you don't pick any country, just click on support) or UK. It works fine.

My phone had an earpiece problem, so SE USA replaced it with another handset. It works fine now... so far thankfully!
