Please can any1 tell me if my P910i supports this Motorola stereo BT headset : http://www.expansys-usa.com/p[....]asp?code=124523&asource=116750

_________

I know that SE P910i has NO adp2 support, but in the "supported phones" expanys lists SE K750i, which also doesnt have the adp2 profile. Any help will be appreciiated, thx.

The P910 Bluetooth stack does not support any stereo Bluetooth headsets, only the handsfree protocol. I'm sure this has been pointed out many times before, even IIRC once to you.

I asked this same question before and didn't get any useful answer. I'm trying to get in contact with Motorola and SE but Costumer Service in Spain is so ... poor. I hope you can find out if it's posible to use it or not somehow.

Look, I've found on several pages where says it's compatible with SE P series.

It should be compatible with a P910i but only in mono and only as a headset for phone calls. It will not let you listen to music in stereo from the phone. This is not the headsets fault but because the bluetooth profiles within the phone dont alllow the use of stereo bt headsets or for music from the music player to be routed via the bt port.
Hope that helps to clear things up a bit.

I've found that the Bluetooth version of P910 is "v1.1". The Motorola Ht820 is coimpatible with Bluetooth Version "v1.1 + v1.2" does this still mean that we cannot listen to Mp3 from our p910 in stereo mode??? I'll keep looking for further information about it.

Of course you can listen in stereo -- only not wirelessly. The included (wired) headset gives beautiful stereo, as do other headsets, provided you get a good 3.5 to 2.5 mm adapter; "good", because I found out that the really cheap ones really f**k up with the Pee's fourth connector (the one for the microphone) in the tip.

The good ones cost about five times as much as the cheap ones, but to me it was worth it; having playback paused everytime you wiggle your Pee a bit gets really annoying after about -- oh, say five seconds.

So Karel, doin' it wirelessly I could only listen to it in Mono mode, am I right?? By the way, how long is the wire??? I'm not looking for a 2metres long cable.
