Hi, Updated my phone a while back using SEUS to R1L002 but when I try to upgrade to the R***35 it comes up with the updater program and cheks my phone and says that it is already updated with latest drivers. Is the new firmware not yet available for UK customers or am I doing something wrong?

your phone either is O2 locked and branded or Vodafone locked and banded....

Firstly; it would help if you actually told us what model your phone is. I can deduce from your post that you have a K750, but, of course, It's always best to give as much information as possible when asking for help.
Second; if you could tell us what network you're with, or if your phone is SIM free/unbranded, that'll also help greatly.
Third; as has been mentioned, the K750/W800 firmware thread goes into agonising detail as regards the procedure itself, and the pros/cons of each firmware release. It's always best to have a good read through existing threads before asking questions

Just tried to update my K750i Vodafone branded & locked (CDA102338/2 R36A cxc125953 R1L002 VFE_2) and SEUS still says R1L002 is the latest.

Count yourself lucky with the amount of people complainig about issues with the updates I feel and believe strongly they should return theire mobiles and exchange them....
