I have just come with this topic so as we can share something on the danger of electromagnetic wave received by phone during receiving and making calls. How can I minimize the risk cause with time I heard that people may face the memory proplem, brain cancer... Is it true that SE has equiped their phone so as there are no such risk??

best advice if your concerned is to use a bluetooth headset, and keep you phone/s out of your pocket and on the desk whenever possible

Interesting... Sad to say though, but this topic is one that is controversial and has been research by many companys and individuals. But the results has always been inconclusive, then after a while they came out with a radio-active protector which i think was a money making scheme. Cellphone is consider harmless by many scientist and some consider it as dangerous. As i saidh the result is inconclusive. Peace

We've made more discoveries in the past 50-odd years than in all the preceding centuries combined, so i'd guess this problem will be solved pretty soon. In the meantime, if you're having doubts, use a headset. And don't have your phone in your pocket either. Those waves.... Your reproductive organs :-) hehehe

SE hasn't equipped their phones in any special manner, nor do they need to. All cell phones by all manufacturers are roughly equivalent when it comes to these things. SE does give SAR ratings for most/all of their phones on the website and you can choose one with a lower SAR rating if you care.
If you're really concerned then don't use a cell phone. Pay phones are everywhere and cost $0.25. Some of them are even somewhat clean.

@Leviath, do smaller amounts of grass also qualify? Hehehe, just kidding. I do see Wilson's point though, this very topic does rear its head every now and then. It would be interesting to know how many members here take preventative measures against radiation. I know i don't.
