Hey,
All of a sudden my P910, would not send any txt messages, and my internal mem filled up very quickly indeed, when I deleted files about 5 mins later the drive would fill up again...
I dunno wether its a virus..
But, i formatted and all is ok...

Haven't come across any virus for the P-series yet.. Hope this isn't the beginning! Might have been some temporary firmware glitch..

Sounds more like dodgy firmware to me. F-Secure would probably be amongst the first guys to put out a warning of any SE virii

But!
Does dodgy firmware fix itself after a reinstall?

Why not.
You would not believe how many problems can be fixed with a reinstall or a hard reset.

@Lazarus- You got a point there. But maybe 'twas some GPRS site or an installed app download in the background. UiQ is still known to be free of any virii in the wild. Yet, you can get TaskSpy (www.PushL.com) for a check on whats on. And Spybot Search & Rescue for Cabir fix etc.

Glitch mostly (sometimes with trialware utilities) and heavy duty stuff like 1 GB memory..

No, it was definetly a virus. I installed an c****ked app from a p2p site, own fault I know, but at least people will know now...
Trademark virus though...
If it was the effects of a rogue program, then why was it chewing up my DuoPro disk space like it was?
