hi i have a little problem and i am unsure what to do. nealy 2 weeks ago i paid for some goods and the dealer prommised they had sent them.i still havent recived the goods and i just being told they have sent them. wot should i do?

did they send them recorded delivery? if not theres nothing you can do if they have gone missing in the post. if you cant discuss it fairly over PM/Email/MSN then leave negative feedback
