i have a z500a phone. i got the cable, but not the CD. so i tried downloading the drivers and applications off sony ericcson's website, but none of them work. my laptop won't recognize that i have it plugged in my laptop and my phone doesn't show "Optimized" when i put the cable in the phone. What do I do??
After that, what programs should i use to be able to transfer pictures from my phone to my laptop? I've installed the drivers on my laptop and they're all said "Successfully installed driver", but when I restart the laptop and put the cable back in, it doesn't recognize it at all and nothing happens. I have the DCU-11 cable. Please someone help me with this problem..??
