As topic; what is this option in which I have to set a server/user/pass made for? (Sync)
And what about Streaming? To Stream... what?

Syncing is a function to sync your contacts with an online address-book service.
STreaming is for streaming video/audio from sites that support it. There are sadi to be some, but I've never found one on my K750 or K700.
