im on o2 online and just had a bill for £138 for my gprs, they started charging and how can i argue this? i always had it free and i never used that in a month as im a casulal user, only downloaded afew music videos and odd games.
29468kb is £58
39018kb £76
How expensive is o2 gprs? IM convinced i never used this in one day, thats near a 100mb innit? anybody know how to argue this?

I think they've backdated it. I checked my online usage today to find out that overnight i've now have £5 of unbilled usage, which im quite annoyed about, not that i've used it, but that all of a sudden its been added to my account.
I'm going to ring them and complain tommorow!

From what you have posted in the first post you used about 67mb. O2 charge £2.35 per mb, pretty much the same as all the other networks, which would total £157.45. This is more than they are billing you.
