Hi,

I am new to the P910i and very happy with it.

I understand that to increase the battery life it is best to create a snapshot of only that the apps that you want to run.

I have done this but when I do a virtual flip close (I have removed the keypad), the apps do not get flushed.

Any ideas?

Regards

taking the snapshot is one step but there is an option to enable flip close flush. did you enable that too?

I have looked for it in the options as I saw it mentioned somewhere else but I cannot find the option.

I am using Sman 1.4??

Ok my bad... I was looking at the wrong options menu.

I (obviously) could not find it in the options menu on the fn menu tree as it is not there !!!

All working now - very handy app.

Thanks for the help

Hmm. SMan draining the battery? That's a new one. With moderate use my P9 running SMan battery can last up to a week without problems.

Are you sure it's not just bluetooth or some other power hungry task going on in the background?

I very rarely use bluetooth as my Sony headset heats up my ear when I use it so I won't answer my phone when driving until I buy a motorola headset. I won't buy another Sony headset as they aren't as long lasting as others
