Wierd question isn't it? But its true! I'm lookin for a bpo job here in India and came across an ad by Hutchison of "3" networks.. Now they are lookin for graduates (which i ain't but will be, next year!) with excellent communication skills both oral and written, now as i know, 3 is the 3g service provider in the uk and down under...and they are lookin for customer service folks...will my experience at Esato in 3g related stuff give me an Edge? Should i mention about Esato in my resume?

Well i dont know much about bpo jobs in india. But mate, a couple of my friends are on bpo and they say that it aint something "formal" but you can still mention that you have a working knowledge of 3g. Btw which stream will you be graduating in? This message was posted from a Nokia

Thanks boba! i've been here for more than a year and half and have learnt so much! It would only be great if esato helps me get a job....and guess what? That would be one job i love doing! But will they accept my experience at a tech forum? Also, i'm not a graduate yet....one of their requirements...

You should certainly add Esato to your resumé, bro. In fact, i'm certain you could ask some of the more established members to possibly provide some sort of reference for you as well, via email in all probability.

Dont mind bro, but you know how they grind the bpo people here in india. You really want that job? Dont mind my saying so, but if i were in your place i would be thinking of an mca from a premier institute. This message was posted from a Nokia
